Supported by our customer, we accurately define the set of requirements that go with a particular job position and that an applicant for the position is supposed to possess. We are enabled to do so by our previously created work profiles and lists of competences. When our partner and consultant have finalised the framework conditions, we launch our search in several directions. On the one hand, we scan our own database, and at the same time use the method of directly approaching employees who currently work at the target companies and are willing to change; on the other hand we set up a search on the Internet and by means of this more widely inclusive quest we contact those applicants who are the most suitable to fill the position; throughout which process, we of course pay special attention to the requirements. After making the preliminary long-list, and when contacts have been made and interviews conducted, our consultants submit for consideration the 3-5 applicants judged as best to the customer. As requested by the customer, there is a personality test carried out and references are checked. We keep in touch with the applicant selected by the customer during the time it takes him or her to adjust.
